Frank was born in Pendleton, Oregon, on January 11, 1939. He grew up on the family farm in Idaho. He met and married JoAnn Burns in 1960. Frank was a proud member of the armed forces, serving in the U.S. Army as Sergeant First Class. He then became employed with the Federal Government. While working for BLM, Frank started his own sporting goods store (his true passion) in their 3-car garage. After retiring from BLM, he expanded the sporting goods store and was a very successful business owner. Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, and spending time with his family. Frank loved his family dearly and would do anything for them. He was very active in his community, including Lions Club, and served as a member on the Moffat County School Board.
Frank is survived by his wife, JoAnn; two sons, Frank Randy (Christine), David (Michaele); seven grandchildren, Brittany Kline (KJ), Austin Keller, Taylor Hutton, Blake Keller, Kaitie Hutton, Haley Hutton, and Bridgette Hutton; and great-grandchildren, Kaydence, MacKenzie and Adalyn Kline, and Emma Lou Pamela Sommer.
