Richard was born on March 3rd, 1932 to his late parents Raymond and Lucy Emmendorfer. On January 18, 1964, Richard married the love of his life Catherine. They were married for 56 wonderful years. Richard worked for General Motors for 30 years before retiring. Richard loved to go fishing with his brothers, camping, and playing euchre.
The Emmenforfer family wanted to say a special thank you to Dan and Michelle Yagiela, along with their family; for always being there throughout the years and watching out for Richard and Catherine.
Richard is survived by: Daughters Connie Darby and Sue Rompf; sisters Agnus and Betty; son-in-law Mike Conley; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Proceeded in death by wife Catherine Emmendorfer, Daughter Lynn Conley; sons Rick Emmendorfer and Dwane Lapointe; Brothers Robert, Donald, Eugene, Clete, Louis, Bernie, Arnold, and Arthur; sisters Pauline and Rose Marie.
