Patricia A. Hickey

Patricia A. Hickey, age 79, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2017. She was born on October 31, 1937 in Flint to parents Arthur and Edith (Hendricks) Stebbins. Patricia enjoyed spending time watching Judge Wapner and Judge Judy and other court TV, listening to Elvis Presley, and going to bingo. She collected small silver spoons from anywhere she traveled to, and all kinds of other knick-knacks. When her children were younger, Patricia and her husband James would enjoy going camping. Patricia is survived by her children: Debra Gorton, Randall (Susan) Hickey, Kathleen Hickey, Rickey (Natalie) Hickey, and James Hickey, Jr.; grandchildren: Scott, Timothy, Randall, Christopher, Anna, Sarah, Victoria, Marc, Joshua, and Matthew; great grandchildren: Sylvia, Gabriel, Cooper, Zachary, Silas, and Alexia; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hickey; daughter-in-law, Stacy Hickey; and seven siblings. A funeral service will take place on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 12pm at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 3-7pm, and again on Monday, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 11am. Interment at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Patricia’s name.
