James Bruce Wagner

James was born February 16, 1958, in Detroit, Michigan to the late Joseph and Rita (Harris) Wagner. He was a very hard worker, and found great joy in helping others. James cherished his family, and loved spending time with them creating many joyous memories. He was a faithful member of his church, Faith Apostolic Church of Troy, and a phenomenal Sunday School Teacher in the toddler class. James was adored by his dogs: Frosty, Banzai and Benji. He was “a true servant” and will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to know him.

James is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Pam; dear children Nathaniel (Emily), Aaron (Leah Burmeister), Timothy, Rebekah and Michaela; cherished grandchildren Julianna, Hadrian, Genevieve and Henry; dear brothers William (Lori), Joseph (Patricia), Robert, William, Steve, Thomas, Timothy and Richard and many family members, friends and his church family.

James is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Ellen.

A visitation for James will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 4:00 PM at Faith Apostolic Church of Troy, 6710 Crooks Road, Troy, MI. Following the visitation, there will be a funeral service at 7:00 PM, officiated by Pastor Marvin Walker. Interment will occur at Christian Memorial Gardens West, Rochester Hills, MI.
