Douglas "Bud" Gene Lucas

Douglas "Bud" Gene Lucas, age 88 passed away surrounded by his family on December 12, 2021. Bud was born on November 12, 1933 in Aberdeen, Washington to the late Max and Alice Lucas. Bud was a Godly man, he loved to spread the word to anyone and everywhere. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. Bud cherished every moment spent with his loving family. He would often say, "I love my family more than you will ever know". Bud was a wonderful man and will be deeply missed. He is survived by his children: Debby (Jim) Molyneux, Donna (Jim) Carnell, Theresa (Brian) Comstock, Mark Lucas; 11 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; brothers, Ron Lucas and Don Lucas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lucas; siblings: June Harvey, Bobby Lucas, Kenny Lucas; and granddaughter: Andrea Molyneux. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the family to help with funeral expenses. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 12:00pm with visitation beginning at 10am until time of service at Hill Funeral Home - 11723 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc, Michigan. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc, Michigan.
