Norma Hyacinth Keeling was born January 31, 1932 in Old Harbour, Jamaica, West Indies. She grew up in Alman Town, Kingston with her mother Susana Cecelia Pryce and her two sisters, Thelma and Phyllis.
In her early years, she studied tailoring at Half Way Tree School in Kingston. She migrated to England in 1958 where she married the love of her life, Vivian Watson and gave birth to two amazing children, Wayne and Maureen.
In the early 70s, Norma decided to relocate to New York where she would pave the way for her family to follow in 1975.
Norma was a Nurse’s Aide until she retired and moved to Orlando, Florida in 1996.
For anyone who knew Norma knows that Florida was the perfect place for her to pursue her passion for gardening.
Even though she will be dearly missed here, we know her flowers will continue to bloom in Heaven.
We will forever cherish the memory of our Dear Mother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin and Friend.
