Harold lived a full life.
His marriage to Rosalind, on November 24th, 1988, led to a blended family that produced 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
He loved every one of those kids and watched them all grow up.
He and Rosalind travelled the country for birthday parties and graduations, as well as going as far as New Zealand to visit his daughter Suzanne's three children. He was a wonderful grandfather and treasured his time with each and every child.
In 1981, with just $5,000.00 in the bank, Harold started and built a successful equipment leasing and finance business from scratch and was very proud of his entrepreneurial spirit.
An avid golfer, with the tan to prove it, he was once a 7 handicap.
His greatest assets on the course were his tenacity and toughness. The more stressful the match, the better he played.
Harold attended the University of Rutgers and was a life-long supporter of the Rutgers Golf team.
With other alumni he was responsible for an indoor golf facility, a luxurious travel van, tournaments in Georgia and Florida, and an endowment fund that continues to support and help future golfers at Rutgers.
What's he doing now?
Most surely teeing it up on the first tee with his loving brother, Leslie, who recently passed away.
Keep it in the short stuff and take dead aim at the stick!
