Elizabeth M. “Betty” Steadman, 96, of Brooksville, Florida, formerly of Orlando, passed away on December 9, 2015. Betty was born on August 6, 1919 in Elmira, New York to the late Lewis Whittaker and Ruth Curtis. She loved reading and the color purple.
She is preceded in death by her husband Frank Steadman and her brothers Theodore Whittaker, Louis Whittaker, and Raymond Whittaker. Betty is survived by her sons F. David (Yvonne) Steadman and R. Michael Steadman, daughter Patricia Gleason, seven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be help at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida on December 13, 2015 at 3:00 pm.
