Connie C. Soto, age 73 of Goodyear, AZ died August 21, 2019, in Goodyear, AZ. She was born October 29, 1945, in Hudspeth County, TX to Jose and Nolbertha Catano. Connie was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed singing, cooking, and listening to music.
Connie is survived by her daughters, Monica Torres, and Belen Morley; sons, Joe, Omar, and Diego Soto; sister, Esperanza (Hope) Catano; brothers, Magdaleno (Mac) Catano, Joe Catano, Jr., Raul (Rudy) Catano, Jesus (Jessie) Catano, and Daniel (Danny) Catano; and 12 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon R. Soto.
A visitation will be held at 6:00 pm, Thursday, August 29, 2019, at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ 85338. A funeral service will be held at 8:00 am, Friday, August 30, 2019, at Thompson Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Historic Goodyear Farms Cemetery, 12701 W. Indian School Road, Avondale, 85392.
