Mary Sue Hearn

Mary Sue Hearn (Shrum) 88, passed away with loved ones by her bedside on June 19, 2022. Mary was born, in Bucoda, Missouri on June 28, 1933, to father, Charles Huston and mother, Eugenia Shrum. Mary met Elvis H. Hearn (who passed away in May of 2016) who she would be married to for 67 years and have three children with, Mary Jane (Hill), Elvis E. Hearn, and Debbie (Davenport). She is survived by, her three children, sisters Dorothy Green (Acy) & Virginia Ozbun (Jr), youngest brother Carlton Shrum, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by both parents, older brother Charles Junior Shrum, younger brother and best friend Don Shrum (Rose).

Mary had a full life and always had kind words for everyone. She often would say, "If you don’t have something nice to say, say nothing." She loved painting, thrift shopping, and dressing up her dolls that she collected. Mary was a loving mother, kind sister, faithful wife, cherished grandmother, and wonderful friend to all, she will be dearly missed. Until we meet again, rest in paradise.
