JoDee Olive, 56 of Litchfield Park, passed away on September 4, 2012 surrounded by loved ones. JoDee was born October 8, 1955 in El Paso, Texas. She was raised in Gallup, New Mexico prior to moving to the Phoenix area in 1992. JoDee spent the last 30 years working for the US Department of Defense before retiring this year. She is survived by her two daughters, Ondrea and Ashlee, and her three grandchildren, Darian, Mataya, and Katia. JoDee was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend. She had an exceptional heart and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held at the Thompson Funeral Chapel Friday, September 21 at 2pm. A celebration of life reception to follow. JoDee courageously fought both breast and lung cancer.
