Christine S. Nowell Dillard, 46, of Goodyear, AZ died September 21, 2014 in Phoenix, AZ. She was born November 6, 1967 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Dallas and Diane Nowell. She served in the United States Air Force from 1986 to 1991 as a Senior Airman Administrative Specialist. She received numerous awards and decorations. Christine is survived by her daughter Marissa A. Dillard, brother Thomas J. Nowell and her mother Diane J. Nowell. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
