Carlos Francisco Alcala was born in Mexico on June 27, 1955. He lived most of his life in the San Francisco area and moved to Phoenix in 2010. He passed away August 8, 2011. He is survived by his father Emanuel Alcala, sisters Luz Maria Miller, Margarita Rojas, Anita Alcala and brother Gustavo Alcala.
