Antonio (Tony) Garcia, 84, of Avondale, AZ died Nov. 17, 2013. He was born May 10, 1929 in Granger, TX to Clemente and Carmen Garcia. Tony was a very hard worker who believed that if you want something, you must work for it. He was a loving and caring grandfather and great-grandfather. Tony is survived by his wife Maria Garcia; daughters Lucy Brenke, Virginia Frausto, Gloria Garcia, Grace Oakes, Irene Mateo; sons Marcos Garcia, Jose (Tony) Garcia, John Garcia, Herman Garcia; sisters Carmen Muñoz, Jackie Muñoz; brothers Steven Muñoz, Benito Muñoz; 27 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife of over 30 years, Porfiria Uribe Garcia. Mass will be held at 10am on Thu. Nov. 21st at St. John Vianney Parish in Goodyear, AZ.
