Randall L. Hall

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Hobson Hall, Jr., Charles H. Hall, Sr., Minnie “Sis” Frensley, Shirley Gaskell, and William George Hall.

He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-one years, Doris (Savage) Hall; daughters, Vicky Hall and Terrie Daugherty (Mark); son, Michael Hall (Dia); sister, Reba Hicks; grandchildren, Jason (Cathy), Geoffrey (Carla), Chad (Samantha), Joseph (Melissa), Savannah (Perry), and Austin (Rachael); six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Lieutenant Hall was a retired officer for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, with twenty-seven years of service. He was a graduate of the Goodlettsville High School, where he played football. He was also a scout leader, member of the Goodlettsville Lions Club, had an association with the Shriners, and a member of the First Baptist Church Goodlettsville. More than anything, he was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. An additional visitation will be held on Monday, October 11, 2021 from 11:00 am until the time of the celebration of life service at 12:00 pm at the First Baptist Church Goodlettsville (613 S. Main Street Goodlettsville, TN) with Jerry Heflin officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Active Pallbearers will include his grandsons, and one nephew, Bobby Gaskell. Honorary pallbearers will include, Perry Williams and Wayne Savage.
