Margaret Muril Finley

She is survived by her daughter, Jean Petty (Don); son, Howard Bud Finley (Fran); grandchildren, Andrea Sloan (Gary), Heather Smith, Lisa Brown, Glenn Finley (Sarah), and Tim Finley (Sonda); eleven great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; special friend, Irene Burroughs. She is also survived by numerous friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, AY Finley; parents, Joseph Petitt and Margaret (Adkins) Petitt; twin brother, Samuel Petitt.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing Bingo (most of the time, she won). Above everything, she cherished her family and she loved the Lord. She often attended services at NHC - Hendersonville under the direction of Victory Missionary Baptist Church.

The family would like to provide a special thanks to the staff at NHC-Hendersonville for the care that they provided to Margaret during her stay there.

A visitation for Margaret will be held Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072, followed by a celebration of life service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
