Brittany Sue Thomas

Brittany Sue Thomas, age 24, of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. Brittany was born Tuesday, July 21, 1998 in Nashville, Tennessee. Britt is preceded in death by her paw-paw, Joe Chandler, grandmother, Victoria Buce.

The day she was born the doctor have us the worst news a parent could ever get. “Your baby has a genetic disorder and may not live past six months”. Her dad and mom were devastated to say the least. I told everyone God would not let that happen. Britt at 15 months became really sick and coded twice. However, Britt fought, fought, and overcame that. This beautiful baby girl fought so hard throughout her life but this time she could not.

She loved dogs and cats. She totally loved babies until they started crying then it was time to give them back.

Britt sure loved her momma and daddy so much and her step mom. She was both a momma and daddy’s girl. She was a wonderful, beautiful, sweet, funny and awesome little girl.

She will missed by everyone and now she is with her paw-paw, Joe Chandler and grandmother, Victoria Bruce in Heaven perfect and healthy. A beautiful angel dancing around and sitting on paw-paw and grandmother’s lap learning all about how beautiful Heaven is and he will take care of her.

Britt is survived by her mom, Bridget Thomas; her dad, Tony (Tanya) Thomas; nana, Linda Chandler; second mom and aunt, Teresa Chandler; grandparents, Bill and Patti Thomas; aunts, uncles, cousins, family and lots of friends.

A visitation for Brittany will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.

Brittany will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Serving as pallbearers: Rick Rivers, Joey Carlisle, Bill Thomas, Brian Wyndham, Michael Watson, Phil Arthur.
