Lois Ann Leazer

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 10:00 am at Saint James Catholic Church in Gonzales, Texas with Timothy Decker officiating. Inurnment will follow at Woodmen of the World Cemetery.

Lois was born on November 21, 1955 in Gonzales, Texas. She was the daughter of Louis Douglas and Eva Irene (Simmons) Decker, Sr. She married Steven Wayne Leazer at her parents home on January 19, 1980. She liked to crochet, tending to her vegetable garden, and raising Chihuahuas. She liked going to casinos, and loved singing in the family group. She played the Clarinet in the high school band. Lois graduated from Gonzales High School in 1974. She played guitar for the Decker Family Singing Group. She delighted in caring for her husband, Steve.

Lois is survived by her husband; Steven Wayne Leazer, of Gonzales, Texas, one daughter; Stephanie Ann Leazer of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, one son; Steven Wayne Leazer, Jr. and his wife, Tamalyn of New Braunfels, Texas, one granddaughter; Lily Ann Murcer of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, one brother; Timothy Alan Decker and his wife, Michelle of Gonzales, Texas, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Louis, Sr. and Irene Decker and one brother L.D. Decker, Jr.
