Kenneth Ray Pape

Kenneth Ray Pape was born August 19, 1945, in Floresville, Texas, He passed away peacefully in his home in Pointe Coupee Parish, La of natural causes, with his daughter, Kimberly Danna, and daughter dog Lucy at his side on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the age of 79. Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Danna, son-in-law, Dominick Danna; bonus son Richard Whiteoak, bonus grandson Chase Byer, grandsons, Dominick Danna III and Chase A. Whiteoak; sisters, Lola M. Pape Chaka and Iva Nell Pape Slack; brother, Wayne A. Pape and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Karen Joy Moore Pape; father, Benjamin Franklin Pape; mother, Iva Idella Simmons Pape; brothers, Benjamin Franklin Pape Jr. and Carl Wilbur Pape; 1st daughter, Kimberly Desiree Pape. Kenneth Served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He spent his life working as a pilot on dredge boats. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life, on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 12 pm until the memorial service at 2 pm at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy, Gonzales, LA 70737.
