John Allen Rahm Sr.

John Allen Rahm, Sr. passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021 at the age of 64. He was a native of Thibodaux, LA and a resident of Prairieville, LA. John was an honors graduate of Nicholls State University. He was an avid golfer, LSU Baseball fan and most of all he enjoyed spending time with his four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Vincent Dowling and Marie Orgeron Rahm and brother, Richard Michael Rahm. He leaves to cherish his loving memories his wife of 40 years, Edith Tabor Rahm; sons, John Allen Rahm, Jr., David Paul Rahm (Shannon); grandchildren, Natalie Ann Rahm, Nolan Patrick Rahm, Noelle Elizabeth Rahm, Taylor Jacqueline Rahm; sister, Martha Rahm Gauthreaux (Kevin); brother, James Dowling Rahm. Family and friends of John are invited to attend the Visitation at Ourso Funeral Home-Gonzales on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 8:30am-12:30pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at ST. JOHN CATHOLIC CHURCH in Prairieville at 1:00pm following the visitation. In lieu of flowers please send all donations to the American Heart Association.
