Jacquelyn "Jackie" Dugas

Jacquelyn “Jackie” Dugas passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at the age of 65. She is preceded in death by her parents Rita Berggren Dugas and Lloyd P. Dugas Sr. and her siblings Lloyd Dugas Jr., Patricia Dugas, Elizabeth Melancon and Harry Dugas. She is survived by her brother George Dugas Sr. (Lita), her Godchild Valerie Smith, sister-in-law Linda Dugas and a host of nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Jackie was always a kind and loving person. She loved life to the fullest and was never short of a good story to tell. Jackie enjoyed painting, doing crafts and playing pool with friends. She had an unwavering love for all animals, especially her dogs that she cared for so much. Jackie loved spending time with family and friends. She had many of friends that she held near and dear to her heart for many years.

Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 12PM at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 234 Angus Dr. Luling, LA 70070. The visitation will begin at 10AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery.
