Sarah Margaret Lowry

She passed away December 28th, 2016. Just 22 days shy of her 94th Birthday.

She was the youngest of ten children and part of one of the 3 sets of twins. In Canada, she

attended Plumas High School until 1939 and then she moved to Winnipeg to finish her

schooling. She worked a short time as a Telephone Operator in Winnipeg and then moved to

the West Coast taking permanent residence in Los Angeles, California. She pursued the Real

Estate field and obtained her Real Estate Broker License. She retired in the late eighties and

became an avid traveler. She enjoyed visiting friends and family and volunteering at Church and

Community. She states " I am enjoying every minute of my retirement". She served as a

volunteer for the Glendora Police Department for several years.

A devoted Christian since her early twenties. She never married but she states " I never lacked

companionship. Probably the main reason is because of my life long association with the

Christian Church. I have been blessed with Christian friends wherever I go'.

Her family and friends will always be thankful for the gift that was her life.

Revelation 22:5

And there shall be no night there, and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the

Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
