Ofelia Jimenez Leyva, age 81, of Irwindale, California passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, September 30, 2022. Ofelia was born March 24, 1941 in Michoacan Mexico. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, amazing grandmother, sister and aunt.

A funeral service will occur Friday, November 11, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740. A graveside service will occur Friday, November 11, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at 0249 - Oakdale Memorial Park, 1401 South Grand Ave, Glendora, CA 91740.
