I remember when Tuna was young, she wanted to learn the words to the song  ‘How deep is your love’, by the Bee Gee’s, so there we were, with the cassette tape, hitting the rewind, forward and  pause, in order to write down all the lyrics. She learned the song and would sing “And you may not think Ina care for you”. That was her version. Anyway, I have and will always think of her when I hear that song. Tuna, Ina always care for you! Irene or "Tuna" as i knew her was one of my moms bestest friends. All my life her and her children were around and i love them. You see tuna is not my biological aunt however she and her children have become family and that will never change. I admired my tia and mom's friendship so much. They gave me the best example of what a real friendship should be. They lived through some of the toughest years together and always helped each other. My Tia was the most loyal and crazy friend my mom had. She always made me laugh and scolded me when i was being mean to my mom. She had the BIGGEST heart and loved her children greatly. I am so sad that i could not be there today to see her however i will be pouring one out and lighting one up especially for her. The last thing she said to me was that she was proud of me and that she loved me. I will never forget this, thank you tia for being so good to my mom/family for always staying close and for giving me life long friends in your children. They are great friends because they had a great example. Prayers for my dearest friend brianna and the entire reyes family. I am so sorry for your lose and i will always be here for you guys as my tia was there for us. Rest in Paradise Tia. I love you always ❤️

We’ll best friend where do I start I just can’t believe it this is crazy my heart broke when I got the news I felt so lost !!! Who am I gonna laugh with who am I gonna complain to about my kids the hubby and  who was gonna encourage me with all these health problems and say friend you got this you are strong  well I just want to say you were the strong one ever since we got together we have been thru the good the bad and the ugly I always had your back and you always had mine we raised are kids together we lived with each other and when time took us apart and we finally got back together it was like we talked yesterday there was no gap … best friend I’m so sorry I couldn’t take the pain away from losing Thomas but I really wished I could … I miss you soooo much now I can’t be there to see you 1 last time … why I don’t understand or can wrap my head around it why didn’t you tell me Bung would visit you and tell me how much you made him laugh Elijah talks about time with you in the front yard  Kris and the kids miss laughing because you would tell Jacob my house it not a hotel lol because he would come over get ice cream or soda and fall asleep and get comfortable on the couch… every time you made me feel so special with the things you made me or just bring a card or flowers now I know why you left me with a lil peace of you well I promise to be there for your children just like you told me you would too they are family just we raised them to be SIS I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART SO THIS IS NO GOODBYE ITS SEE YOU WHEN I GET THERE YOU WILL ALWAYS BE MY RIDE OR DIE BEST FRIEND FLY HIGH AND SEE YOUR SON AND SISTER I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU !!! you knew me since I was 13 years old, I will never forget when my mom your homegirl dropped me off because I was going to my homegirls house Bree, and when we pulled up you guys were both like homegirl what the he** what a tripppp our daughters are gone grow up together & look at us now growing up together until we grow old, I will never forget you always cooking for us when we didn’t wanna go downstairs or because  we were lazy & also you made the best sandwiches lol, or you would always cover for us when we would go out, buying us anything we wanted at the store saying don’t worry mija get it I got it, i will never forget our long walks or missions to wherever we would go which was always ruby’s & charlene’s house, the park, the store, you name it lol, I love you Irene I’ll never ever forget you ❤️

Two families brought together, made one big crazy loving family. How I wish we can go back to this day, everything seemed so perfect at the time. things werent always perfect but we all had eachother & now two of you are gone & life will never be the same without you guys. You were so happy & proud to be a grandma to your first grand baby. I still remember the day we told you I was pregnant, you didn't want to believe us cause Brianna would mess with you all the time on april fools & tell you I was pregnant lol but when it finally came true you were so excited & always called to check on me. You can see the happiness in this pic. Once Dahlya was born you had your pair & you always gave them so much love & spoiled them to pieces. They always knew they can have it their way at your house. baby Matthew said he's going to miss holidays at your house the most, your over the top decorating & their gift bags they always looked forward to the most. I know they're gunna miss you so much & it breaks my heart that you won't be here to see them grow up, but I know you'll always be watching over them. Like baby Matthew said "I have an angel grandma now so she's always gunna protect me".. 

You were dahlyas favorite person . You knew how to make her laugh and knew everything about her . You helped me raise her since she was only a few hours born . You stepped up and never left me alone and never left her alone . You would always tell her to ignore me every damm time when she would get in trouble she knew your gonna back her up no matter what troubles she would get in . All the little purses or any little makeup, toys , clothes or especially you making her so pita Everytime she would ask you . Everytime her birthday would come you would go all out Everytime & get her everything literally . The littlest small toys at dollar tree or 99cent store you always brought it to her . In your words “ baby grandma haves something for you” you attended all her school conferences for me while I worked even went to her open house at school . Literally did everything for me . We’re gonna miss you so much mom ..

When I say cherished you literally never like to open and use them hahaha

You were with me throughout my whole pregnancy at my darkest and scared moments . You showed me what motherhood is . You stepped in as my daughters other parent . You helped me raise her since she was born. You stayed with me by my side in the labor and delivery room as I told you I was scared and needed you . You satisfied all my cravings . You gave me everything as I was pregnant . You showed me how to be a great and amazing mom .
