Visitation for Hoop will take place on Monday, April 23, from 6-8p, at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale. Funeral services will be held at 11am, Tuesday, April 24 at West Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ, 23029 North Cave Creek Road Phoenix, AZ 85024. A reception will follow afterwards at the VFW Post #1433, 7618 N. 63rd Ave., Glendale, AZ 85301.
