It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Irma Grijalva Carrillo, a beloved matriarch of her family, on March 23, 2025. Irma was a woman of immense love, strength, and grace, whose influence touched the lives of all who knew her. She was a pillar of her family and a source of unwavering support and inspiration to those around her.
Irma was the oldest daughter of Inacio (Nacho) and Isabel Grijalva. She is survived by her husband, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. All of whom will deeply miss her presence. She leaves behind a legacy of love, unity and compassion, which will continue to guide her family through the years ahead.
Irma’s kindness, warmth and spirit will be forever cherished by her loved ones and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
A service to celebrate Irma’s life will be held on April 5th at West Resthaven Funeral Home at 10am, with the burial to follow at 11am. The family invites all who knew her to join in honoring her memory.
