I can't believe that out of all lights placed on this earth, you were one that was taken. You were so much more than my friend; you were my best friend. One who always checked in, always accommodated, always made people feel welcome. You encouraged me to finish school. I remember our whole conversation when I told you I still didn’t finish. I did , however. With you in the back of my head asking me what the hell I’m doin. 
hearing of your passing hits so so so hard.  I can't help but wonder why it had to be you. There is no question, no doubt, you left footsteps remembered by anybody who had the priveledge to know you
I love you my friend. 

Frankie was well liked by everyone.  He always had a kind word, was very supportive of others and loved to laugh.  He was personable to everyone he met.  He will be missed by all that knew him.  Lost way to soon, way to young.  Rest In Peace my friend.  I am a better person for having had the honor of knowing you.

Frankie was a very loving  and kind young man. He had a such big heart.  I will miss his phone calls and hugs. Taken way too young.  We have lost a very kind and good soul.  My heart aches with your loss.  I was blessed with such good memories of you, those last a life time. Prayers for your family  my deepest and sincere  condolences.

Frankie was such an awesome people person.  When I bought my 1st car at Cable Dahmer a couple years ago he did the paperwork for me.  Rather than just being in work-mode he struck up a personal conversation which led to a friendship as well as him becoming a client.  Frankie will be missed!  My prayers go out to the family.
