Delia Q. Gutierrez

She was born on June 29, 1938 in Phoenix. She was the 4th of eight children born to the late Manuel and Maria Quinonez.

Delia married Hernaldo Gutierrez on December 28, 1957. They shared almost 62 years of marriage prior to his passing on May 22, 2019.

Delia was an operator for AT&T for 25 years.

She is survived by her three children Rudy (Julie) Gutierrez, David Gutierrez, & Rosanna (Rod) Quirino, six siblings Manuel Quinonez, Helen Villa, Art Quinonez, Antonia Zaragoza, Frank Quinonez, & Benny Quinonez, eight grandchildren Adrianna, Angel, Alexis, Alisa, Alayna, Gabriel, Jason & Amanda, 12 great grandchildren Mauri, Nevaeh, Gabriella, Analiyah, Naya, Jaden, L.J., Morgan, Jackson, Lyla, Breanna, & Alex, and numerous nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents, Delia was preceded in death by a sister Otilia Vega & great grandson Ashton.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 from 5-8pm at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale.

Funeral services will be private due to COVID restrictions. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Park.
