Daniel Stephen Limon

Daniel S. Limon passed away at home on Thursday May 2nd, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on June 19th, 1959, Daniel was a force to be reckoned with. His infectious personality lit up every room he entered. He had a knack for weaving humor into every conversation and the uncanny ability to make friends with everyone he met. Daniel cherished the moments spent with family and friends more than anything else, whether it was a holiday gathering, a round of golf, or a trip to Disney, he made every moment fun. He was always entertaining people with witty comebacks and jokes that left everyone in stitches. He will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the countless stories, jokes, and memories he shared with us.

Daniel is survived by his devoted wife Sonia, and loving daughters Cynthia Hudson (Shane) and Stephanie Limon, Son Daniel Limon (Yvette) and Grandchildren Colton and Savannah Hudson. He will be deeply missed by his siblings Ray Limon, Patricia Limon, Theresa Mendez (Alex), Rudy Sanchez (Liz), Roy Rodriguez, Angela Duran, Peter Duran, and John Duran along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Consuelo Limon, and mother and father-in-law, Robert and Soila Duran, along with many near and dear loved ones who are no doubt laughing at his antics and enjoying his storytelling in Heaven.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Viewing and Rosary on Thursday, May 16th at 5pm at West Resthaven Funeral Home 6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301. Services will be held on Friday, May 17th at 10am at Ss Simon and Jude Cathedral 6351 N. 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85017 with interment immediately following at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale. All are welcome to join the family following services for a reception held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles 7575 N 67th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301 from 1pm-5pm.
