Catherine Anne Riddle

Riddle, Catherine "Cathy" Anne 44, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on January 21, 2014. Cathy and her twin sister Chris were born on August 10, 1969 to David and Lynne Riddle in Binghamton, New York. She moved with her family to Arizona in 1979 and attended Cactus Wren Elementary School and Cortez High School. Cathy had successful careers with U-Haul International, AZ Challenger Space Center and the Arizona Department of Economic Security. Cathy is survived by her daughters, Mary Margaret and Emily Renee Barnes; her father, David J. Riddle; her sisters Natalie Riddle Madrid and Christine Hicks (Ken); fiance Eric Maines; Grandmother, Jean M. Riddle; as well as nieces, nephews, many extended family members and friends. Cathy touched the lives of everyone she met with kindness and generosity. She was a devoted mother and loved her girls with all her heart. A visitation for Cathy will be held on January 27, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at West Resthaven Mortuary 6450 W. Northern Avenue Glendale, AZ 85301. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 28, 2014 at 10:30 am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Glendale. Burial arrangements under the direction of West Resthaven Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up for Cathy's daughters at Desert Schools Federal Credit Union under Catherine Anne Riddle.
