My Uncle Art was always a kind and gentle soul! May he Rest In Peace -happy to be reunited with my Aunt Karen. 
My thoughts and prayers will be with the rest of my family including his daughters, my Dad Ruben, and my Uncles Raul and Ernie. 

So enjoyed working with Art.- His love for family and others in his life were so noticeable. I will not forget his spirit and love of life. My love and condolences to the family. Genie, PT

Family, words cannot express my sorrow.  Especially not being able to be there.  He was a wonderful soul.  Caring and compassionate.  My prayers are with you Jeri and Susan.  Along with the rest of the family.  I miss you all.   And wish we could get together one day.

"Gentle Strength" describes Art Newman to us.  Even with his health failing greatly, he would give us a smile and a kind nod when we visited his home. We witnessed a very beloved father by Susan and Greg Allmaras.  They spoke with so much respect and love  for Art. They wanted to make his remaining years the most comfortable and best possible.  It was obvious to Ron and I that Arthur Newman had lived a very fulfilled and meaningful life. Most importantly, he had been a loving husband to Karen and great father to Susan and Jeri.  Art had worked hard and supported his family well.  We are praying for his loving family as Arthur Newman will be greatly missed.

My brother was a kind and giving soul and 
will always be remembered lovingly in our hearts.    We have enjoyed many special times with Art and Karen going to  museums and playing golf and our visits between Arizona and California.    Art will surely be missed.

Art ( & Karen)  were truly wonderful people that have been our clients for many many years. Their faith in us, loyalty, friendship, and devotion were one of the greatest blessings. As hard as Art's passing is, we take comfort in the fact that he and Karen are now reunited with each other in Heaven. We will always remember Art for his quiet and steadfast nature, his sense of humor, his intelligence, and his business acumen. He was the definition of a man who loved his family and put them first. We are humbled and proud to have known him  (and Karen).

We were so sorry to hear of Art’s passing. I am the biological father of Susan and Jeri and have known Art for a long time. He was always a kind and quiet gentleman who absolutely adored his family. I admired his gentleness and always felt a genuine friendship. He will be missed by many friends and family. God rest his soul and may God Bless his family and friends. 

I was blessed to call Art “Dad”.  He came into our lives and married Mom at very difficult ages for my sister and I.  I was 13 and Jeri was 10.  But he loved us through all the difficulties with his calm demeanor and loving Dad directions for life.  He taught me how to drive a car, he was so patient.  He taught me that a good Dad loves you no matter what.  No matter how much of a pain in the butt I was! That is what I needed to help me find my own path in life.  I miss him so much but I know he is with me always in my heart and in my memories.  What an incredible blessing he has been to my life.  

I have many memories with Art. The most memorable moment I have of him is when we would play jenga and he would be a wild child and pick from the hardest blocks. I would tell him you play dirty, cochino. He would end up with huge smile on his face. That made me feel good as I saw him enjoy the life he had during those moments.
