Stephen L. Schnare, 70, passed away on November 21, 2023. Steve was born on December 25, 1952, in Kansas City, Missouri, and spent much of his youth in Pleasant Valley. In later years, he lived in Independence, Missouri. He was a graduate of Oak Park High School, and attended Maple Woods Community College. Steve was a proud Eagle Scout of the Mic-O-Say Tribe, and a proud Mason with Alpha Lodge 659 in North Kansas City. He leaves his sorrowful family, wife, Pauline Testerman Schnare, daughter, Amanda Dahl, and son-in-law Gregory Dahl. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charley and Susan Schnare.
A visitation for Stephen will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Newcomer's White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch RD, Gladstone, MO 64119, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
Stephen will be laid to rest in White Chapel Cemetery, 6600 NE Antioch RD, Gladstone, MO 64119.
