Ray was a wonderful father in law to me and a wonderful grandpa to Beau. He was always there for us for everything and made sure we knew that. We sure butted heads as any father and daughter, but he always wanted what was best for us and even though sometimes I didn't like what I heard, he was always right. I will make sure Beau always knows how much you loved him. Your memory will live in our hearts forever. We love you. Rest In Peace. 

Hard to put into words exactly how I feel right now,Ray gave me one of the greatest gift  a woman could receive,our daughter Felicia. Ray was a very kind individual who loved his family more than anything in the world,he would always light up whenever he would talk about his family. To the Ragland family I pray that God grant you the strength you need to get through this difficult time. Rest peacefully Ray and kiss Lil Squirt for me.

My condolences  to the Ragland family, I have known oh Ray for along time he is my niece  Felicia Ragland dad, now he has been united with his loved ones who went before him. RIP Ray.
