She took great pride working at Southwest Elementary School where she worked in the Early Childhood Program. Before Southwest, Emily loved working with her friends at Maple Valley State School. Graduating from North Kansas City High School in 2006, Emily still kept in contact with many classmates. In 2018, Emily married the love of her life Travis Jones after being together for over 4 years.
Emily is survived by her husband, Travis Jones; children Lily, Ethan, and Carter; father Russ; as well as many brothers and sisters.
She was preceded in death by her parents Horse and Arlene. Emily is so greatly loved and will be missed by all. Even in her death, she kept helping others by being an organ donor.
A visitation will be held for Emily Jones at Newcomer's White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd Gladstone, MO 64119 on August 19th, 2020 from 6PM - 8PM.
