I'll never forget the first time I saw Caleb. He stole my heart from the first day & never lost it. All my love no matter what, kid. Biggest heart & most beautiful soul. 

I first met Caleb at the Kansas City VA Medical Center on  "Take Your Child to Work Day".  He came with his mom Leslie and Caleb was SO cute.   I called him a little dream boat!  Caleb loved soccer,  and loved being with his cousin from Kentucky;  Leslie shared some great stories.  I am so sorry Leslie and Andy this happened.  

I am sincerely sorry to hear the loss of your son Caleb. I was Caleb's 3rd grade teacher and I will always remember how sweet and quiet he was a 9 year old. Such a good kid ♥️. Prayers for your family.
