It is with heartfelt sadness that we the family announce the passing of William Harold “Gutsie” Lynk ,on Saturday June 27,2015 at the Glace Bay Hospital.

Born in Glace Bay he was the son of the late Kate (Dean) and Billie Lynk.

Gustie was employed for many years with Sydney Steel, and a long time member of the Sydney Steel Center Credit Union, he was an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan and also a Toronto Blue Jays fan.

He is survived by loving wife Mary (Jewells); sons Dwayne(Gina), Richie(Wilburta); brother Ronnie(Carol); granddaughters Jacqueline, April ,and Marcie; great granddaughter Zoey; nephews Ronnie , Jonathan, Ernie, Leo, Tom and Billy and nieces Katie, Tracey, Tricia, and Leona.

Visitation for Gutsie will be held on Thursday July 2,2015 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Patten Funeral Home 71 Union St, Glace Bay. Funeral Service will take place on Friday July 3, at 2pm in St. Luke’s United Church Donkin.
