Margaret Joan Pepper

Born and raised in Gering, Nebraska. Margaret was a proud graduate of Gering High School, class of

1950. She dedicated her life to serving her community, building a successful career in the local business world.

Margaret was a loving person willing to help relatives and friends at any time. She had an incredible memory and kept in touch with cards and phone calls to make people feel special.

Margaret is survived by her sister, Sandra Dutton and her husband, Harvey Dutton. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Sandra Pepper, as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Pearl, and her siblings, Jean, Norma, Patricia, Janice, and Jack.

A funeral service to honor Margaret’s life will be held at St. Francis Episcopal Church in Scottsbluff on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Reverend Erin Rath will officiate the service.

As we mourn the loss of this remarkable woman, let us celebrate her life and the positive impact she had on our community.
