Linda R Bauer

Linda Bauer a resident of Elba passed at the age of 80 on Thursday, December 29th, 2022 at her home surrounded by Family. Linda was born October 6, 1942 in Wisconsin to the late Arnold and Leona Loveland and was a devoted and loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and child of god. She was preceded in death by Gerald Bauer her husband of more than 45 years. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, where she inspired the congregation every Sunday with a new colorful hat. She spent most of her life taking care of others and cherished her dog Snuggles more than any person could love a dog. For fun, she enjoyed adult coloring with friends at the local library and canning for hours and hours to share with others.

She is survived by her children Richard "Rick" Bauer (Ashley), Deborah Heid (Bob), Bradley "Brad" Hartwig (Marbe), and Dennis Hartwig (Kasey); Sister Karen Bainbridge; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
