Mitchell Plyler Wooten Hilton age 82 passed away January 13, 2017 (one day prior to her 83rd birthday)… Mitchell Loved, Loved, Loved the Ocean and Beach. She and her husband owned property at Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrtle Beach. She was known for many wonderful things… A loving and caring wife of 28 years and caregiver to her husband for the previous 18 years, a loving mother, grandmother, great and great-great grandmother who was crazy about her grandkids. She loved to bake, teaching her grandchildren how to bake and her signature cake was an Apple Pound Cake. To Mitchell, she felt great pride and honor when her family followed her footsteps and traditions by learning to bake as she did. She was a hairdresser and seamstress for many years. She would style her clients hair and hem their clothing too. And a talent she possessed was being able to communicate comfortably with everyone she met.
Mitchell was the daughter of the late Charles Plyler and Eva Nash Plyler, She was also preceded in death by a daughter Gayla McLean and an infant son Steven Bert Wooten along with her only sibling, George Plyler.
