Matthew 25:21 (KJV)21 ‘His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.’ This scripture truly reflects the life of Reverend Louise B. Fowler.
A faithful dedicated Pastor for over 63 years who loved her family, her church, but most of all her Lord, exemplifies who Reverend Louise B. Fowler was. Louise went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 23, 2017. She was born October 13, 1920 in Gaston County to the late Boyd and Kate Black. Reverend Fowler began her ministry in the Nazarene Church and Church of God before founding Community Full Gospel Tabernacle. Preaching was her life but she will also be remembered as a dedicated prayer warrior. She loved to play her guitar and sing in church. She had a big heart and was generous to those in need and would always do anything for anyone. Reverend Fowler loved going to the mountains, being outdoors, cooking and shopping. She was a jack of all trades, witty and had a great sense of humor. God gave her a heart of love and compassion and she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish her memory are her three grandchildren, Angela Cox and husband, Shayne, Joy Revels and husband, Danny and David Froneberger; six great-grandchildren, Joshua Cochran, Ashley Cochran, Nicholas Revels, Ethan Revels, Jessica Cox and Colby Cox; three great great-grandchildren, Abbigail, Brayden and Caleb Cochran; nieces, Joyce Sutton, Freida Davis and Barbara Camp.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Alton Fowler; daughter, Alice Marie Froneberger and son-in-law, Bobby Froneberger; brother, James Black and his wife, Viola, sister, Mary Black Hoyle and husband, Luther; friend, Evelyn Champion and niece, Helen Brown.
