Dan enjoyed music, reading and sunsets on the beach. By trade he was a Cabinet Maker and Construction Worker.
He was preceded in passing by his father, Dan Jones Sr.; grandparents, Wade and Laura Stuart; grandparents, Paul and Elzora Jones.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Barbara Jones; two sons, Dan "Tripp" Jones and Tyson "Ty" Jones.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Carothers Funeral Home at Gaston Memorial Park, 2205 Williamsburg Drive, Gastonia, NC 28054. A service to celebrate his life will occur Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Carothers Funeral Home at Gaston Memorial Park.
