Martha Dean (Roberts) Ramsey

Ramsey, Martha Dean (Roberts), age 80, from Pinson Alabama passed away Friday September 10, 2021. Martha was a member of Bradford Sanctuary of Praise in Pinson AL. At Bradford she worked in the nursery and served as an organizer for the church. She held many jobs through the years, but what she loved most of all was being a caregiver to the elderly. Martha was an extremely accomplished seamstress and made many treasures for her family over the years. Her quilts and blankets will forever serve as a memory of the love she had for her family. Martha loved to travel and shop for crafts, collecting antiques and spending time with her family. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Proceeded in death by her parents Forrest Patterson and Opal Lee (Holder) Patterson and three brothers, Larry Patterson, Donald Patterson and Ronald Patterson; two sisters Norma Jean Cook and Faye Waldrop. Martha is survived by one brother, Wayne Patterson, and four children and one daughter in law, Daniel Roberts, Forrest Roberts, James and Tammy Roberts, and Andrea Mullins. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren and thirty-four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Bradford Sanctuary of Praise in Pinson, AL on September 15. 2021 at 11:00am, with Pastor Jeff Noles and Pastor Mike Murphree officiating. Burial will be at Pine Bluff cemetery in Locust Fork, AL. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm -8:00pm on September 14, 2021, at Bradford Sanctuary of Praise.
