Justin Oscar Sullivan

Justin Oscar Sullivan passed away on December 23, 2023. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Johnnie and Grace Sullivan, and Ervin and Kathleen Faucett. He is survived by his children, Haidyn Grace and Holden James; his parents, James and Carol Sullivan; his siblings, Troy Sullivan (Donna), Stacy Graves (Tony), Todd Sullivan, Jared Sullivan (Allison); nieces Brandy Graves and Samantha Sullivan; nephews Bailey Graves, Stone Sullivan, Bentley Sullivan, and Shepherd Sullivan. He had a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins he loved dearly throughout Alabama, Ohio, North Carolina, and Texas.

Justin was born on July 23, 1987, in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a proud graduate of Mortimer Jordan High School in Morris where he also attended Enon Baptist Church. He was a lifelong University of Alabama football fan. An experienced welder, he worked for both Amerex and AT&T over the years, as well as laying tile flooring and umpiring youth and high school baseball. Justin was passionate about college sports, live music, and enjoyed grilling good food with good friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 2:00 pm at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel; 2029 Decatur Hwy Gardendale, AL 35071. A committal service will immediately follow at Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
