Carolyn Calvert Pinyan, 84 of Mt. Olive, Al passed away May 7, 2020. Her husband Roger Norman Pinyan, brother Bob(Betty) Calvert, mom Jewel Calvert & dad Jethro “Mutt” Calvert preceded her in death. Survivors include son Norman(Joan) Pinyan, daughters Donna(Scott) Wilson & Betty(Greg) Shows, brother Ronald(Cindy) Calvert & many grand & great grandchildren, family & friends. Roger & Carolyn were married on March 24,1956. They met at Sears & Roebuck where she retired from and she also worked at Gardendale Walmart. She graduated from Locust Fork High School. She loved Camping, Square Dancing, Clogging & being with family & friends.
A graveside service for Carolyn will be held Thursday, May 21, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Oakwood Memorial Gardens, 2100 Moncrief Road, Gardendale, AL 35071.
