Thomas A. Puchalski, age 75, born in Fremont, Ohio, and residing in Gahanna, Ohio, beloved son of the late Anthony and Helen Puchalski, died unexpectedly but peacefully on Saturday, August 13. Survived by former spouse Patricia, children Jonathan and Jennifer (husband Jonathan), grandchildren Reese, Corinne, Brooke, and Anthony, and many relatives and friends.
Graduate of The Ohio State University. Served five years Army active duty at Fort McPherson, Fort Monmouth and Walter Reed Army Medical Center before returning to Columbus to spend most of his career as a medical technologist at the OSU Wexner Medical Center. Also served Army Reserve duty in the Medical Service Corps before retiring as Lieutenant Colonel. Member of Peace Lutheran Church and OSU Retirees Association. Devoted volunteer at the church and Metro Parks. Exceptionally giving and loving father, grandfather, husband, and friend.
