Lizzie Ann Presley

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday-February 1, 2011 at Collier-Butler Chapel for Lizzie A. Presley, age 92 of Gadsden who passed away-January 29, 2011. Rev. Jerome Mitchell will officiate with burial at Whites Chapel Cemetery. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services Directing.

Mrs. Presley was preceded in death by her husband, Herman “Slim” Presley, Sr., daughters, Lena Adkinson, Julia Nail, son, Raymond Presley, Jr., grandchildren, Raymond Presley, Jr., Richard Presley, Jr. and Shelia Hardin.

She is survived by her children; Joyce Nail, Margie Womack, Opal Simpson, Herman Presley, Jr., Richard (Diane) Presley, Linda (Mark) Stallings, Patricia Couch, all of Gadsden, Gene (Vivian) Presley, Prattville, AL and Dorothy (Marcus) Sims, Union City, TN., “special children” Nieces, Judy Sims and Tamara Ashley, 31 grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Gregg Nail, Starr and Mark Womack, Boy Simpson, Chris Presley, Brian Bigelow, Larry Couch, Toppie Sims, Dylan Simmons and Michael Presley.
