Josh was a class of 2000 graduate of Gaston High School. He remained in Gadsden for most his life to touch the lives of everyone he came in contact with. The outpouring of stories detailing his blessings to others being told to us in these last few days have been astonishing.
He was preceded in death by: Maw-Maw Dean and Grampio Clifton Carter.
He is survived in death by: Gramio Doris Carter; father, James Taylor; mother, Barbara Livingston; stepmom; Donna Taylor; sister, Shyanne Livingston; and two brothers, Zach Taylor and Jamon Defee. His friends and family, considering our closeness, are just too many to list completely, however a few of his most near and dear include: Jason and Jennifer Landrum, Grant and Cassie Skaggs, Jonathan and Natalie Mason, Brooks Gallman, Josh Santos, Jesse and Brooke Dunn, Jacob Gieger, Chance Freeman, Brian Williams, David and Rhonda Lipscomb and Jenna Hutchinson.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Gramio's house (aka Doris Carter) followed by an opportunity to see and share all our amazing times with Josh. Let's come together to heal one another through our pictures and stories of the Josh we love so dear. Please bring your own pictures and stories to share. Collier-Butler Funeral and Cremation Services in charge of arrangements.
Address: 700 Cornelia Circle, Gadsden, AL 35901 (Note there is a detour in directions).
