She graduated from Hokes Bluff High School in 1956, where she was Class Beauty, Class Favorite many times, a member of Beta Club, Class Officer, a cheerleader and in numerous other clubs. She attended Gadsden Business School and worked for the Department of Industrial relations as a supervisor until her retirement after 37 years. Gail was a member of Hokes Bluff First Methodist Church.
Gail had a great personality and was fun loving even during our childish pranks, but her greatest achievement was her success in her career but most of all the achievements of her family and her children. She was a wonderful wife and mother, and a role model for all of us in all areas of life. She was one of the strongest women that we have known, providing strength and knowledge in the toughest times in life. We will miss that guidance, and mothers love for the rest of our lives.
