He was born on October 31, 1933 in Spartanburg, SC the son of Clarence and Lillie (Cannon) Williams who preceded him in death. Bob was a veteran of the US Army. After only completing the 7th grade, he became an electrician and retired as a journeyman with IBEW.
Survivors include: two sons, Robert Williams Jr. and Mark Williams; one grandson, Race Williams; one brother, Vernon Williams, one sister, Louise Anders; nephew, Larry Dudley; step-niece Joanie Shackleford and one close personal friend, Stephanie Valentine. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Qualls Williams in 2014.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Officiating will be Brother Dave Coleman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Missouri Veterans Home, Activity Fund, 1 Veterans Dr, Mexico, MO 65265.
