Karen Sue Rothove

Funeral services will be officiated by Rev. Elmer Hagood at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Hatton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Karen was born on January 10, 1956 in Mexico, Missouri to the late Henry and Elnora Turner Hagood. She was married to Duane Rothove on September 27, 1997 in Auxvasse, MIssouri and he survives.

Karen was a 1974 graduate of North Callaway High School and she attended Praise Assembly of God Church in Columbia, Missouri. She enjoyed traveling and shopping for clothes and shoes but her greatest love was spending time with her family.

She is also survived by her daughter, Sarah (Michael) Demkowicz of Holts Summit; son, Thomas Testerman of Fulton; step-daughters, Marla Rothove and Kimberly Rothove both of Fulton; step-sons, David Rothove of Northfork, Virginia and Ronald (Sara) Rothove of Mokane, Missouri; sister, Mary Tull of Fulton; brothers, Rev. Elmer (Geri) Hagood of Ewing, Missouri and David (Robin) Hagood of Ozark, Missouri; grandchildren, Brayden, Annika and Kaleesi Demkowicz along with several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association in care of Debo Funeral Home, 833 Court Street, Fulton, Missouri 65251.
